On Saturday, May 23rd, members of Keiju Kollektiv will be performing in “Altadena Heals” an arts-healing centered festival for the Altadena and communities beyond for the ongoing recovery from the LA Wildfires. Set in a serene garden estate in Altadena, Keiju will present a 20-minute work called “Kvennavagn – Chariot of Community & Peace.” Kvennavagn draws inspiration from Old Norse mythology and the Woman’s Chariot constellation, which eternally circles the North Star. Admission is free with donations accepted to support all of the LA-county based artists. The festival will run from 3:00 - 5:30 pm with Keiju Kollektiv as the first performance.
